The service here is amazing! They have, hands down, the best veggie fajitas around. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Mexican food! The rice, beans, guacamole, all delicious! The inside is spacious, clean and decorated well. The seating and tables were maintained well and authentic.

Solid little Tex Mex spot in the Giant Foods shopping center. It's one of the family's favorite local spots for food. Quality is always on point. Portions are good. Chips and salsa are tasty.
This place is a little gem, it reminds me of my favorite mexican place from out of town, a home-y vibe. Food was excellent, I managed to inhale all of it before even thinking about taking a picture, including the chips and salsa, I could've had 3 bowls of the salsa and the warm chips. Service was alright, hostess did not say a word to us before just walking us to our table, waitress was not very conversational but also likely due to some language barriers.

El Jimador is without a doubt, the most consistent and best Mexican restaurant in Stafford and probably in the Fburg area! Been eating here for years and always enjoy the food! They have a nice, interesting menu loaded with the typical Mexican items, plus some specialties that they do well too. Service is typically good, never bad. The décor looks authentic and is welcoming. Definitely will continue to come here!
